Animare project management has been conceiving and implementing projects in the field of supply and quality improvement since January 2001. Its services target at developing tourism to a strong service sector.

In 2002, animare expanded their service portfolio to the initiation and coordination of EU financed projects. Its main focus is put on the Baltic Sea Region. We use the synergies emerging there well directed at every place we work on. (animare)

Responsibilities in the project:

• project development, partner search & application
• overall project coordination, financial management & information management
• organization, moderation & follow-up of project meetings
• technical assistance for project partners in the respective components
• project administration
• realization of overall project marketing
• 6-monthly reporting
