"1Sea - 4Stories" opened in Karlskrona
On the cold winter evening of December 15, 2010 - the exhibition 1 Sea - 4 Stories (1 Hav - 4 Berättelser) opened at the second floor of the Swedish Naval Museum in Karlskrona.
About fifty persons attended the opening. While the visitors came to see the exhibition - an ensemble of the Swedish Naval Band performed. They also played between the speeches held by Richard Bauer (director of the Naval Museum); Jerzy Litwin (director of the Polish Maritime Museum); Peter Danker-Carstensen (Maritime Museum Rostock); Vaiva Lankeliene (Lithuanian Sea Museum) and Ann-Britt Christensson (Naval Museum).
Finally, the governor of the county Blekinge, Gunvor Engström, declared the exhibition opened. The visitors staying in the exhibition also had the opportunity to try some very special Swedish Christmas tastes, like glögg with raisins and blanched almonds.
